If you would like to do something the best, you ought to practice and do repeatedly or again and again, restraint one’s mind affection to done. Same the Continuous Conditioning Theory in this presentation as,
 B.F.skinner “The organism, while going about it's everyday activities, is in the process of operating” on the environment.  In the course of its activities, the organism encounters a special kind of stimulus, called a reinforcing stimulus, or simply a reinforcer”
Guthrie’s Continuous conditioning “before learning there is a flat repeated behavior. As the number of trials increase there will be a point where the connection is formed. Once this behavior is seen over different trials the result once again reaches the baseline level of responding and the association is full strength.” For example,
